The Power of Attitude
There is nothing as powerful as attitude. Attitude dictates your response to the present and determines the quality of your future. You are your attitude, and your attitude is you. If you do not control your attitude, it will control you.
Attitude creates your world and designs your destiny. It determines your success or failure in any venture in life. More opportunities have been lost, withheld, and forfeited because of attitude than from any other cause. Attitude is a more powerful distinction in life than beauty, power, title, or social status. It is more important than wealth and it can keep one poor. It is the servant that can open the doors of life or close the gates of possibility. It can make beauty ugly and homeliness attractive. The distinguishing factor between a leader and a follower is attitude.

What is attitude? We will discuss this topic in detail in coming chapters, but for now let me simply define attitude as “the mind-set or mental conditioning that determines our interpretation of and response to our environments.” It’s our way of thinking. It is also important to understand that attitude is a natural product of the integration of our self-worth, self-concepts, self-esteem, and sense of value or significance. In essence, your attitude is the manifestation of who you think you are. Leaders think differently about themselves, and this distinguishes them from followers.
The story of the lion and the sheep demonstrates the power of attitude. We live our attitudes and our attitudes create our lives. The difference between the attitudes of a lion and a sheep determines their place in the scheme of the animal kingdom. Perhaps that is why the Creator, as recorded in the books of the Hebrew writer Moses and other biblical writers, identifies himself with the unique temperaments or natures of certain animals.

Success is not something you pursue, success is a matter of becoming a person of value. We should not be pursuing money, we should pursue purpose, vision for ourselves, for our country and our community.
I always say there are three types of people in the world, which is the poor people, the rich people and the wealthy people.
*Poor people talk about money all the time..
*Rich people talk about fames..
*Wealthy people talk about ideas..
Ideas controls the world, not money. And ideas attract money. I think if we minimise the desire to get money and elevate the creativity of new ideas, you will find out that financial result will naturally follow.

*Steve Jobs never ran after money, he developed an idea.
If you think of all the wealthy people in the world, it's an idea that make them wealthy, not money.

There Is Something A Man Will Discover, He Will Nolonger Need A Job || Dr. Myles Munroe

I always tell young people, stop looking for employment. Why don't you position yourself differently and look for deployment.
To be employed means somebody else is benefiting from your energy. To deploy yourself means that you are using your own energy to be productive. Instead of waiting for somebody to give you a job, create your own work.
That's why I tell people, there is a difference between your work and your job.
*Your job is what they trained you to do, your work is what you were born to do.
*Your job is your skill, which they can fire you from at anytime. But your work is your gift, no one can take that from you.
*Your job is when you get compensation for activity, your work is when you get fulfilment because you love it somuch.
*Your job, you can retire from. Your work, you can never retire from it because your work is you.
So, when a person discover their work, they nolonger need a job. Because their work make them productive.
Their are young people full of talent, full of gift. I want to say this; every problem in life is a business. All business is something someone saw in a problem. So the more problem, the more businesses is available for people to begin.
And this is what i think we are lacking;
*We are trained to get a job, we are not trained to start a business.
*We are trained to let other people employ us, not trained to deploy ourselves..
