Face steaming

How to face Steam
1. Wash your face or esther cleanse it if you have a face cleanser.
2. Boil like 2 cups of water and make sure it’s not too hot so that you won’t burn your face.
3. Get a bowl, pour your hot water into it and add any essential oil or herbs of your choice.
4. Steam your face with a towel over your head. Viola here you have your face steaming
