Personal Effectiveness is a Career Optimizer.
To be highly creative and productive (like you put in your resume😄), you need to have a special taste for Personal Effectiveness.
It is an important job ethic that is often neglected and much attention is not paid to.
Infact it is researched that most employers are only concerned about the production rate of their employees rather than their Effectiveness.
As an Intrapreneur (an employee with business mindset), learn to develop your Personal Effectiveness ration by first making your Organization's priority, your own priority.
Do so much of work for your current employer.
If you really want to have your own company in the future, then you will have to develop yourself for it.
In doing so, you will need to prioritize your employer's priority and experiment/rehearse your own company.
Untill you learn to give an excellent delivery to your employer's projects (solutions, products, services), you will not learn how to build your own.
Therefore, prioritize Personal Effectiveness and integrate it with your current job position.
