Help Me to Remember That I’m Loved by You, Holy Spirit

There are days I forget
that love surrounds me like air—
invisible, yet keeping me alive.

There are nights I wander
through the corridors of my own doubts,
searching for a light that never leaves.

And then—
You come like a breath,
a flame that does not burn,
a river that does not run dry.

You tell me:
You are not lost.
You are not forgotten.
You are Mine.

Holy Spirit,
teach my restless heart
to lean into Your presence,
to remember always—
I am loved,
forever loved,
by You.

It is not anger that lives in me,
but a soft refusal—
a boundary whispered
after too many silences.

You say you are hurt,
yet it is not my cruelty you feel.
It is the moment I stopped pretending,
the moment I laid down the mask
of forgetting,
of forgiving too soon.

I gave you chance after chance,
carried the weight of peace
at the cost of my own.
I folded myself small
so you might feel unbroken,
and in the folding,
I almost disappeared.

Everything becomes lighter when you release. When you cease to cling to what does not return loyalty, when you let go, you become clear in desire, clear in belief, clear in love. And you will not be deceived by false promises or shallow words.

As for me— I live my life guarding the nature I have trained myself upon.
I let others speak, but I accept only what God say's and that which is real. Not what is promised, imagined, or flattered.
And I have learned this truth: What suits me may not suit another.
What I see may not be what another sees.
For every vision is conditional, like a ring that fits one finger, but not another.

Still here. Still moving. Not always strong, not always sure, but always trying. That matters more than we give ourselves credit for. Life gets heavy, but so do we.. with grit, with hope, with stories that prove we’ve survived every version of hard and we’re built to face whatever comes next. ✨🤍
