Dad has finally retired.
Just like that?
I asked.
The 2nd boy in the house is yet to secure an employment neither the 3rd nor the last born that just graduated.
Dad's salary is above 1m and everything seems working but uncertainty has begin set in.
My thought "what if dad is self employed, his 3 sons might be working and probably in his company.

it was like any other day and class as he walks in and started the usual way he chooses to lecture his student. i mean, Dr ishaya Sunday of university of Abuja. He was our entrepreneur lecturer. 200 level second semester or thereabout. Among his side gist (digression) was what shaped my thought pattern and belief system till date.
As usual, majority of us were making noise and some won’t just concentrate probably because it was a 2 unit course. I think his simplicity and maturity also give way for such attitude on student side. And I heard him saying ‘’ of cos, most of you will secure a good job immediately after graduation while some will join the labour market for a reasonable period of time before getting a job. as an accountant, you shouldn't be afraid to practice what you have learnt while going through this school.Whatever category you find yourself, just know that as a salary earner and as someone without business or extra source of income, no matter how big your salary will be, you WILL NEVER be as rich as that guy that dare to be different and choose to be a business owner. And I mean, genuine and legitimate riches/wealth ’’
That statement shook me to the spine and I was like whaaat!!!!!!!
He buttresses his point by given us an instance where fellow lecturer has to beg from him despite earning higher than him. He chose to be a farmer while other choose not to.
Years later, I met with Christian idoga (a man with another kind of spirit. Who will teach you business from scriptural perspective and you will be a millionaire after his 1st 3 lectures. I mean, in your spirit first before it flows to your body) who also repeat the same word and with further analysis. I said to myself. ‘’ o boy, you have no hidden place. you just need to face the reality.’’
Fast forward to the year 2019, this is a better me and the result are manifesting already. You know what, you can start any business with little/lowest capital and what if I told you without any capital. Ask me HOW and I’ll show you.
