I've used services recently and left feeling both impressed and slightly frustrated, which made me think.
Are business owners aware that customers stay or walk away for various reasons regardless how beautiful their business structure is?
In some cases, the service itself was good, but the process wasn’t.
Small delays, unclear communication, or no follow-up. Nothing terrible… just small things enough to affect the experience.
This reflection reminds me that customers often don’t always leave because of price, sometimes they leave because of how they’re treated or not treated and how smoothly things run.
I find these things interesting, and I’ll probably talk about them more often.
