I've used services recently and left feeling both impressed and slightly frustrated, which made me think.

Are business owners aware that customers stay or walk away for various reasons regardless how beautiful their business structure is?

In some cases, the service itself was good, but the process wasn’t.
Small delays, unclear communication, or no follow-up. Nothing terrible… just small things enough to affect the experience.

This reflection reminds me that customers often don’t always leave because of price, sometimes they leave because of how they’re treated or not treated and how smoothly things run.

I find these things interesting, and I’ll probably talk about them more often.

I'm enjoy the awareness and consciousness I'm having about businesses and customer experiences

*Why You CANNOT succeed Without Customer Service Training*

You can have the best products but if

you don't have good customer

service, you will loose your

customers gradually & your business

will stagnate.

Many people have jumped in and soon jumped out of business because they had capital but because they lacked Customer Service skills.

They ignorantly drove their customers away and today, many have closed down out of frustration while a few of them are barely hanging on.

After acquiring everything you need to start that business, before you put that signboard or print that business card, you need to have a seasoned knowledge and skills in relating with people - particularly your customers.

Without this, you only set yourself up for frustration and subsequently, failure.

It has been said you can sell a bad product with good customer service
but with poor customer Service, your business cannot go far.
