RECIPE FOR A SUNNAH PROPETIC DRINK🎯
————————————

Make The Best Suhoor!
———————

The Prophetic Drink! Do you struggle with your energy and staying hydrated during Ramadan?

If so, the Prophetic Drink is a game-changer!

SAVE | SHARE | TAG A FRIEND that can benefit! It’s a Sadaqa Jariyah!

The Prophetic Drink (Nabeez) has been my daily go-to suhoor since 2014. It makes such a difference throughout the day. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
1. 7 Ajwa or 3 Medjool (any dates you have)
2. 12-16 ounces water
3. A splash of Zam Zam water (if available)
4. A pinch of Pink Himalayan salt (adds 84 essential minerals the body needs)

The Prophetic drink is very energizing satisfying and improves mental clarity during Ramadan.

Instructions:
————

1. Ideally, after Asr, take 7 Ajwa dates or 50-100 grams of any dates you have.
2. Remove pits and place both pits and dates in a glass container.
3. Cover the dates/pits with 12-16 ounces of water.
4. Let it soak overnight at room temperature (lightly cover it).
5. After Fajr, remove the dates/pits from the water (set them aside).
6. Drink the date water (make dua for drinking Zam Zam and healing).
7. Eat the 7 ajwa dates (healing and protection from any evil that day).
8. Another option is to put the dates in the blender, making a frothy smoothie (add frozen fruit).
9. Don’t throw away; the pits can be used later for a healing tea or smoothie.

*Important Note*💥💥💥

The Prophetic drink must NEVER be left soaking for more than 2-3 days. Otherwise, it may start to ferment, which is the start of the alcohol brewing process.

May Allah grant us having the best Ramadan ever!
