*HIRING - TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER*
Our client is a servicing company that provides onshore and offshore technical services to the Oil & Gas industry in Nigeria. The company has been in existence for over 33 years and is one of the oldest indigenous oil & gas services companies in Nigeria.
As part of its effort to grow and expand, the company currently seeks to hire a *Technical Sales Engineer*.
The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β· Responsible for making safety performance and environmental awareness the primary focus of all Business Development employees.
Β· Developing templates, proposals or slides for technical sales presentations through βLunch and Learnβ.
Β· Training associates to understand and comply with Work Business ethics and Safety Policies.
Β· Supporting and execute task in the field in any area of expertise assigned.
Β· Responsible for ensuring the use of company approved processes and policies in the department
Β· Performing various other duties assigned by Manager within the physical constraints of the job.
Β· Assisting with response to tender invitations and ensure request for quotations.
Β· Monitoring and keeping abreast of clientsβ operation on new technologies while at the field.
Β· Taking part in team building, leadership planning and organization.
Β· Carrying out other ad hoc duties as and when required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Minimum of HND; B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
β’ 5-10 yearsβ experience in well intervention operations (TCP and E-Line)
β’ Good computer proficiency (MS Office β Word, Excel, Power Point)
β’ Relevant professional software application or experience (MS Project; P6; AutoCAD etc.)
β’ IWCF, HSE, HUET, BOSEIT and swimming certification to support operation (when required)
