Today marked the end of the 2024 National Congress and Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA) held at Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

The event was graced by the presence of His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule Executive Governor of Nasarawa state who was fully represented, and the Vice Chancellor Nasarawa state University, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, Professor Olukayode Afolabi President NPA, Professor Andrew E. Zamani the President elect Pan African Psychology Union (PAPU), Professor Saths Cooper President PAPU, Professor Benjamin O. Echigie President NAIOP, Professor Yahaya Abdullahi Adadu Dean, faculty of social Sciences NSUK, Dr. Ann U. Madukwe Divisional Head, Association of Counselling Psychologists in Nigeria (ACPIN) and other dignitaries from within and outside Nigeria.

We want to use this opportunity to thank everyone that attended the Congress, and also to congratulate the new NPA President elect Dr. Abubakar Musa Tafida for being a dedicated and charismatic fellow of the association! Congratulations 👏 Mallam.
