Hello Guys, so sometime in 2020, the Corporate affairs Commission (CAC) decided to go digital and join the 21st century. What happened when this decision was made, it meant that every entity registered with the CAC was published online. This means anywhere in the world you submit an application,your company’s status can be accessed via the internet.

Recently embassies have started verifying company statuses through the internet and an application will be rejected if the company is inactive.

Unfortunately most of the companies uploaded/registered by CAC are inactive because most business owners do not pay attention to the annual returns requirements.

If you want to know your status, just google the name of your company.
