Ways to Get And Keep Your Customers, Let's Go
1. Know ur customers: You being able to know what ur customers need from u at a particular period of time and doing everything possible to meet their demands
2. Always be available for them: Ur customers needs ur availability, customer can call u at any time they need ur service it is wise to respond to their calls even though u can't meet up with their demand at a time provide them a good solution to solve their present need.
3: Give them listening ears: Most times the reason why business suffers is because we lack listening ability, at times production might go wrong maybe due to man skill or machines it is wise for u to calm down and listen to their complain or complement, u don't expect to be receiving only good news as a business person all the time, at times complains will certainly come but how u handle it will either make ur biz or destroy it, so learn to be selfless and listen to ur customers when the need arises.
4. Treat them equally: Most times we tend to treat someone customers specifically and others less, it not supposed to be so if ur business must survive, true there are customers who invest more in our businesses but still those that invest little still have their own beautiful contributions they make to see that ur business grown, so learn to treat them all equal when the need arises so that when they become richer they will remember how u treated them when they have little and u will see them investing more.
5. Be ready to get corrections and accept information from them: Your customers are ur eyes in the labour market mind u, u are not the only one in that line of business, definitely u will have competitors ur dedicated customers are ur first informat once the tell u anything that will destroy ur business is best u consider it if ur business must survive lastly learn to give them room to make their own choice ur job is to help them make the right choice but let them do their selection by themselves just help them select wisely.
Note: let ur customers know their boundaries where to cross and where not to cross it will give ur business a beautiful standard and a good maturity sense......
