What Customer Service is Not.
Imagine a business that's only kind, compassionate and empathetic towards her customers and clients, while being hostile and uncouth towards others.
I know Customer Service is not alien to you, but then, how well do you fare with others who do not yet belong to your customer base?
When businesses start to realise that every individual is a prospective client then you'll know that not only your present customers deserve excellent Customer Service. Customer Service is a magnet that's capable of drawing the indifferent ones.
Asides being a prospective client, every person you come in contact with is a prospective ambassador who wouldn't hold back from sharing with the world (around them) about your disposition towards them.
Remember, business isn't just about making money. It's about exchanging value for money. Value goes first, then money goes the other direction.
Excellent Customer Service is an obligation you have towards everyone, customers, prospects, and even strangers..
