As a fintech enthusiast, I recently attended Career Fair 2.0, traveling three hours interstate to be a part of this transformative event.

Unlike traditional career fairs where multiple companies pitch to attendees, Interswitch, the parent company of Verve and Quickteller, stood out by opening its doors to tech enthusiasts interested in revolutionizing e-commerce payments in Africa.

However, as a CX specialist, I noticed the absence of a dedicated booth for the customer experience team. As a key component in enhancing products, it is essential to provide CX personnel with a platform to engage with like-minded professionals.

What a grand finish!

Kweekatel internship program (KIP), a week long Customer support training came to a grand close today with a sign off event in Lagos,Nigeria.

Oladejo Romoke, Lead trainer at Growth Hub and class mentor, KIP, encouraged all students to put their learning into practice and to keep doing their best in providing world class support to customers.

Kweekatel also announced it will be engaging over 10 participants as interns in the coming week.
