A reputable secondary school in Ayobo, Lagos, is seeking to engage a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Vice Principal to provide strong academic leadership and support the overall administration of the school.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or B.Sc. with PGDE.
- Valid TRCN Certification.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience as a Vice Principal, Deputy Head Teacher, or equivalent academic leadership role in a reputable school.

Skills & Person Specification:

The ideal candidate must:

- Be highly tech-savvy with proficiency in digital learning and school management technologies.
- Have demonstrable experience coordinating external examinations such as BECE, Checkpoint, WAEC, NECO, IGCSE, and other standardized assessments.
- Possess strong experience in academic programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Be conversant with both the Nigerian and international blended curricula and their effective implementation.
- Have current classroom teaching experience in English Language, Mathematics, or any Science subject (Biology, Chemistry or Physics).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
