Mystery shoppers are trained undercover customers who evaluate the quality of your product or service. It is an excellent way for you to evaluate your customer service personnel to identify training needs, evaluate training programs and boost staff morale. It enables you to monitor things like condition of a premises and transaction efficiency, and can also be used in the prevention of fraud and, crucially, to keep an eye on the competition.
