Health Alert: Know Your Numbers!

Hey friends! Do you know your Blood Pressure (BP) numbers?

Blood Pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries as your heart beats. It's measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and expressed in two numbers:

- Systolic pressure (top number): The pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- Diastolic pressure (bottom number): The pressure in your arteries between beats.

Normal BP is around 120/80 mmHg. High BP is 140/90 mmHg or higher, while low BP is below 90/60 mmHg.

But here's the thing: you might not even know you have high BP! That's why it's so important to GET TESTED!

Visit your doctor or a health clinic to get your BP checked. It's quick, easy, and painless!

Know your numbers, take control of your heart health!
