Governance, Politics and Development(GOPOD) Strategy Limited is a strategy propelled, knowledge-based solution provider in the Public Affairs and Political Communication space. GOPOD Strategy Limited provide services that help to improve governance, and enhance relationship between the business community and the different arms of government and its agencies.
The company Business Sector Group advises old and new businesses on how best to manipulate risks factors in their favour by analysing the various risks faced by businesses [Risk analysis].
On Business sustainability, we consult with new and old businesses to ensure longevity across the environmental, financial, legal and social systems and redefining old and dying businesses by providing strategic guidance on how best to achieve the goals of the business within a given period of time. We create fresh and untapped business ideas for both GOPOD and external businesses to generate non-competitive value at a minimal cost, developing business plans, recruitment, compliance, and building a customer base.
Roles:
• Coordinate the management to research, identify, analyses, and execute new business initiatives.
• To work with clients to understand their business goals, and identify business analytics to create and execute business plans and strategies.
• Conduct research, analyse current data, review staff performance, implement positive changes, and achieve business goals.
• Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
• Research the market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed products and services.
• Support the management in contract development, customer negotiations and product enhancements.
• Coordinate the to review and improvement of relevant business development activities.
• Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
• Conduct well-tailored research and provide strategic plan to help promote our client's interests ,vis-a vis business case and business sustainability issues.
• Research and provide strategic insights into models that can help in National Economic development in conjunction with all stakeholders including Multilateral agencies, International financial institutions etc.
Requirements:
• Good analytical skills with capacity to execute options, think critically and plan strategically
• Minimum of Five years post- graduate (Masters level) qualification in Business administrative, Marketing, mass communication and other humanity.
• Must have practical experience working in business strategy learning environment and practical experience in implementation of Strategic business development projects.
• Excellent communication skills [speaking, writing, listening and reading], good interpersonal and presentation skills.
