Bombed Intl, known as Red Dragon, is a private Investigators agency work independently and in cooperation with Law Enforcing offices. We provide our services to clients who hire us. The majority of the work we do is similar to that of a Detective, often conducting investigations on missing people, doing background checks on people, and researching information on legal, financial, or criminal investigation.
We are not authorized to perform acts that would otherwise be performed by a Police Officer (e.g. arresting people or conducting warranted searches). We are, nevertheless, often required to present the results and findings of our investigations to their clients or in a court of law as testimony and evidence.

Primary Responsibilities
Here’s a non-exhaustive list of common tasks Red Dragons Investigators are required to complete.
Interviewing people to collect information:
Tracking down people involved with the investigation;
conducting interviews to gather information; and
writing reports based on findings.

Researching information:
Going through legal or financial records;
finding information for research;
verifying the veracity and source of all information found; and collecting evidence.
Performing surveillance:
Following crime suspects or persons of interest for the investigation;
recording their activities and whereabouts; and
informing clients of findings.
Investigating computer related crimes, kidnappings, disappearances, homicides, suspicious activity, and theft.
Working in tandem with Law Enforcement offices:
Sharing investigation results and findings;
interviewing detained suspects; and
assisting in the investigation.
Meeting with their client to show investigation findings.
Updating clients in the progress of the investigation; and
asking about further information for the investigation.

As a police officer, has a suspect ever asked you, "Do you know who I am?" indignantly, and how did you react?

Yes it did happen a few times. One time my partner and I stopped a vehicle that cut off another vehicle and made a right turn into oncoming traffic. I approached the driver and was immediately told that I had no right to stop him and that I better be careful and to choose my words carefully. So I slowly said “ Sir, I stopped you for illegal lane change, illegal right turn and impeding the flow of traffic, did you understand the words that I just spoke to you? He proceeded to tell me that he was a Los Angeles City Councilman and that if I “ gave him any s**t, he would have my job.” I explained that I needed to see his operators license, proof of insurance and registration. Mr. Councilman stated that he already told me who he was and that he didn't have to show me anything. I explained to him that I was going to be exceptionally nice to him and politely ask him one more time, but if he was not going to comply with the lawfull instructions from a sworn police officer he would be arrested, period. He actually said that I didn't have the balls to “ try “ to arrest him for a vehicle code violation. I then reverted to my interactions with my 4 year old son. I said I'm going to count to 3, and if he was not going to comply he absolutely would be going to jail and also that I would be impounding his vehicle. He again refused and he went to jail and didn't pass go, his vehicle was impounded and all was good in the world.

As professional investigators, our primary function is to gather facts.
One of our primary forms of fact-gathering is the witness statement.
Statements, of course, take many forms. Affidavits, handwritten
statements by witnesses, statements written by investigators and
signed by witnesses, and tape recorded statements are all widely used
in the context of civil and criminal litigation. However, regardless of
the form of the statement, statements have three primary purposes.
1. SETTLEMENT -- to develop information and “investigate” a case
in the classic sense for purposes of settlement;

2. PRESERVATION -- to serve as a recorded recollection of a
witness whose memory might fade legitimately with the passage of
time; and

3. IMPEACHMENT to document testimony and provide a
reliable standard against which a potentially hostile witness might
later be held with regard to testimony from the witness stand.

One of the most difficult situations presented to an investigator
is that of dealing with uncooperative or hostile witness who may
be critical in terms of testimony to the outcome of a case.
