Position Overview
The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of current digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends to maximize ROI across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Conduct market research and analyze digital data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Plan and manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
• Oversee content creation and distribution for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, engagement rates, conversions) using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, ).
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
• Experience with e-commerce marketing and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
