3. What content do you need to produce to meet your goals?

4. What content format does suit the unique feature of your content ideas and will help to achieve the goals?

5. What tools/team do you need for the content production?

6. What value/offer do you want to give out with your content?

7. Which channel do you need to promote your content?

Here're My 5 Ways to Generate High-performing Content Ideas for your Marketing:

1. Understand your Customers:

Knowing your customers is a tool to grow your business, so use it.
Start by creating buyer personas to understand their challenges and pain points, goals, and interests. Take note of their overarching questions and turn them into content topics.

2. Steal from your Competitors:

Look for competitors that share a similar target audience with you, it's likely the content that performs well on their marketing channel will also appeal to your prospects. So take note of what they’re producing and what’s really resonating.

3. Discover Questions from Online Forums:

Online forums such as Quora and Reddit. List a set of keywords related to your business, go to Quora, and search for those keywords. Quora will return a series of popular questions that contain the keyword, take note of those questions.

4. Leverage Google “people also ask for”:

The “people also ask for” box appears in search results when you conduct an organic search, click on a listing, and then it starts to drop more questions people are asking.

5. Use Marketing Tools:

Tools such as Semrush, AnswerthePublic, BuzzSumo, and Ahref, are great tools to help you find and generate content ideas for your marketing.

According to the survey, HubSpot find out that: Social media, Website/blog, and Email are most common used and will grow significantly in 2023.

“Marketing channel are the different tools or platforms to use to reach your target audience."

Social media is used by over 42% of marketers, making it the #1 channel marketers are currently leveraging. One in three marketers are leveraging their own blog or website, as well as SEO, to land on SERPs. Meanwhile, 32% use email marketing.
