/ Up to 5 years experience in sales and marketing
/ BSc/HND/OND
/ Must know how to navigate Lagos very well
/ Micro lending skills
/ Previous experience in a microfinance bank essential
/ Can drive activity in the retail space unsupervised and has had significant amount of interaction and success with micro lending consumers
/ Must be tech savvy, intelligent and outgoing
/ Must live within reasonable distance to Lagos Island
