How to identify your customer and keep them hooked to your brand.
It costs more to get new customers than it does to keep the ones you have. So, you must nurture and care for your consumers.
But, how do you make customers happy? Try these six tips to make your consumers not only fall in love with your brand but will also keep them coming back.

1. Learn about your customers: To get your customers to love your business, you first need to know what they want. Once you know what customers want, you can give it to them.

2. Get personal: If you want to be personal with customers, don’t be a robot. Don’t give generic responses that are obviously automated.

3. Offer Specials - People love sales and deals. When people get more for their money, they’ll be more likely to come back. You can offer free trials or buy-one-get-one-free deals.

4. Build a Loyalty program - A loyalty program for any brand gives consumers an incentive to keep coming back, and when they get rewards, they’ll feel good. This is an easy way to make your consumers feel cared for.

5. Communicate Frequently and Clearly - Communicate and be transparent with your consumers. When your brand has news, updates, and events, let your consumers know. Tell them about the exciting things going on and create excitement.

You need to make your customers happy. You need to turn them into repeat clients who will bring their friends. If you have unhappy customers they might share their negative experiences with others.

Creating customer profiles gives brands a deep understanding of their customers' needs and behaviors and results in more successful marketing strategies. Here are the steps to get started.
1. Understand your target market: Start by finding the answers to these questions: What market does the product best serve; what does the typical customer in that market look like; What is it about existing products in the market that customers find appealing?
2. Create or review your customer journey map: Create or review the touchpoints between the customer and your company. This map clarifies not only the customer's needs and goals but the customer’s behavior defining their preferences, priorities, likes, and dislikes in the interaction and potential responses.
3. Determine your target demographics: Generate a profile that clearly defines your target demographics. If your customers are a diverse group, some of your demographics may be easy to define - for others, not so much. Is there an apparent age range? Can the typical customer afford the product? Is gender a factor in product interest?
4. Review your customer feedback: You can only learn some things about the target customer by asking them. Feedback on a range of data points -satisfaction, the likelihood of buying again, likes and dislikes, peripheral interests - can all bolster the customer profile.
5. Create your customer personas: Since the idea behind creating a customer persona is to bring new customers into the fold with existing ones, there will be some continuity connection between customer profiles and personas, as one is converted to the other. You need to create more than one customer persona as one cannot describe an entire customer base.
