It's really important that we SENSITIZE our Children today on how to face BULLY/BULLYING IN SCHOOL and every other place they find themselves.

Visited USA GOLDEN FIELD SCHOOLS (Lagos), and it was a whole wonderful experience with this brilliant kids.

Parents, , Guidians please let's pay attention to our children's mental health it means a lot.

Never underestimate the effect of Bullying on a Child and how it'll continue to affect that child even till adulthood....

Let's be guided.

DO YOU KNOW THAT CHILDREN WHO GROWS UP IN A STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT WITH STRICT PARENTS ARE MORE LIKELY TO DEVELOP THE HABIT OF OVERTHINKING AS ADULTS?

SOUND'S STRANGE RIGHT?

Yes, they form that health damaging habit of OVERTHINKING. As kids growing up in that kind of environment, they tend to feel pain and loneliness, they feel they can't speak their Heart because definitely the condition they find themselves is not a good one to say your mind. These kids are usually depressed, shy and always stressed out themselves. They wouldn't want to open up to either of their parents because they wouldn't want anymore problems or unfriendly environment again. So they close up Thier Thoughts, problems to themselves. As a result, they grow up thinking no one cares to know Thier Thoughts and that it's better off keeping these things to themselves than telling. When they grow as adults, they prefer keeping things themselves and prefers OVERTHINKING themselves out in order not to cause any problems...

Parents please, learn to build a channel of having open and good conversations with your children, when they feel down, try to make a communication friendly environment for them to pour out Thier tiny hearts to you. It's very important.

When our children face bullying at school, the effects are mostly devastating on them
1. They become extremely depressed and sullen.
2. They become mostly afraid and insecure in the school environment.
3. They doubt Thier ability to do even things they know they can do well.
4. Social Deprivation: Those bully's make them feel there are not worthy to mingle or pay attention to Thier socal life...
5. They loose Thier self-confidence, and loose the ability to speak up for themselves.

These and more are the effects of Bullying on your children...
