No more people pleasing!
Prioritising yourself first is strategic because it ensures you are alive to take care of others

👉🏼No more EXCUSES ❗
No more stories, No more justification, No more blaming. It's time to take full responsibility of EVERYTHING that happens in your life.

👉🏼No more tolerating POOR TREATMENT from anyone online or offline❌

👉🏼No more MICRO Managing ❌
Micro Managing screams insecurity and need for validation on the part of the leader. Allow people fail and learn in the process. Coach them or replace them if they refuse to grow.

👉🏼No more Multi tasking
It's simply cognitive switching according to Darren Hardy and it reduces your IQ level.

So leaders, let's look inward and see what to subtract or add to our personal and professional lives this new year.

What about your team members...the heartbeat of your business, can they truly say you cared for them as their leader this year?
