The Fintech Expert should have an enthusiasm for technology and help drive fintech business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
*Collaborating with stakeholders to define fintech product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
*Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the fintech sector.
*Analysing and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
*Defining and prioritizing features and functionalities for fintech products and services.
*Creating detailed business and functional requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to ensure successful product development.
*Performing financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting for fintech projects.
*Monitoring and evaluating the performance of fintech products and recommending improvements.
*Ensuring that fintech products align with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on fintech or financial services.
*Proven track record of successfully delivering fintech-related projects.
Technical Skills:
*Strong understanding of fintech products and services, including payment systems, mobile banking, and blockchain.
*Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
*Experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
*Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the fintech industry.
Soft Skills:
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
