Our 2 cities European summer package ends with a visit to Rome and Milan in Italy, from 10th to 17th June 2022.

The Italian embassy is now open for Visa applications

Reservation is on a first come, first served basis.

Total Package: Single Adult, 18 years and above: N480, 000, Couple: N920, 000 Child (less than 18 years): N250, 000

Not Included in the package:
Flight Tickets are not included: Flight tickets can be requested after the Visa has been approved, rate will depend on airline choice and class of flight. Flight ticket rates are NOT included in the above quotes

Booking requirements for the package:
The following should be received before the booking deadline:

Data pages of the international passport of all traveling family members.

Non-refundable reservation and travel insurance of N150, 000 per adult (18 years and above) and N100, 000 per Child (below 18 years)

Completed Visa information form for all adults (18 years and above). Copy of the form can be requested by responding to this email.

If you have a valid Schengen Visa:
If you have a valid Schengen visa, the total package per adult is N400, 000, N700, 000 for a couple and N200, 000 per Child. 50% deposit is required to secure your reservations before the deadline.

Reservation deadline:
The booking deadline is Friday, 29th April 2022. Note however, that it is strongly recommended that booking be made as soon as possible to cover the visa processing time.

IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION
Italy visa application does not require interview.
Visa information and service is only available to delegates who register for the conference on or before the registration deadline.

Interested delegates will be required to appear in person for documents submission and biometrics. Documents required are proof of registered business or occupation and Proof of funds in terms of Bank Statements.

A fee of N35, 000 per adult (N18,000 for a child) will be collected directly by the embassy representatives on the day of the biometrics data capture. Note that this fee will also be deducted from the total package after visa is issued.
