Position - Global Rewards Manager, HR Compensation & Benefits
Salary - 95k Max.
Location - Site is Alabang but on temporary work from home arrangement until further notice. Address is PlaZ@E, North Gate Filinvest City, Alabang.
And yes, candidates who have background in the BPO industry are preferred esp. those who have experience supporting other regions besides PHP.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably Behavioral Sciences or equivalent;
· 8+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits;
· ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background and prior experience of managing Geographies like US, UK, South Africa, Bulgaria, Romania & Czech Republic preferred;
· Understanding of tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense etc. preferred
Purpose of the Job
• Designing and implementation of total rewards to amplify Business productivity and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates and retains talent.
• It’s a global role and would be reporting into Senior Manager - Global Rewards
• Work timings – 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
• You will work closely with the global stakeholders and Business heads in a high impact role to drive organizations agenda and reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Benchmarking of salary/benefits data and participate in regular/industry/forum level surveys.
• Manage and execute long and short-term incentive plans. Also, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of STI (Bonus, P4P, sales Commission)/LTI (Equity) plans.
• Drive and manage annual processes like Merit Increase, Bonus and PMS.
• Evaluates job worth using standard job evaluation techniques; determines placement in pay ranges
• Liaise with Compliance team and ensure obedience with regulations and company policies in compensation decisions
• Design, upkeep and update C&B policies. Ensure effective and timely communications to employees.
• Expert on statutory compliance and foreign workforce management.
• Partner with Global HR Analytics team to churn out monthly/quarterly dashboards and analysis.
• Work closely with finance team on Budgeting and Pricing of jobs.
• Manage the data processes required by internal and external sources, including resolving data errors and partnering with HRIS as needed
• Assist Audit team regarding internal & external audit requirements and corporate policies.
• Partner with HRIS to maintain systems related to compensation and benefits administration.
• Work closely with Recruitment, HRBP and Business to design and implement Hiring grids in your area.
• Prepares reports and analysis of compensation data. Partner with HR Business Partners and Management to review findings and recommendations
• Partner with other HR team members/leaders and functional areas to investigate and resolve escalated employee issues.
• Serve as the key internal resource globally for managers, HR peer group, and employees on compensation and benefits policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to support the organizational capability related to the management and development of people
Location
• Preferred but not limited to Manila/Cebu.
Must have Skills and Experience
• Should have completed Graduation/Master’s/PG/Certification in HR/Statistics
• 8+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Should have strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strong presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder relationships/other partnerships experience within a global setting.
Preferred/Good to have
• ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background
• Domain experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance and/or Analytics line of business.
• Understanding of tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense etc.
• Prior experience of managing Geographies like US, UK, South Africa, Bulgaria, Romania & Czech Republic.
