Capcom has delivered a diverse collection of game modes, fighting styles, and opportunities for personal expression which work to both reflect the diverse fanbase that has rallied around this franchise over the last 35 years, and rebuff any fears that the studio would repeat its past mistakes

It's no secret that Daedalic Entertainment's Lord of the Rings game hasn't been received very well. In our The Lord of the Rings: Gollum review, we gave it 2 out of 5 stars with many other outlets giving it a similar, if not worse, rating. With all the bleak discussion surrounding Gollum's release, some game developers have openly defended the title and shared their own stories.

Relic is bringing its legendary real-time strategy series to console for the very first time, with Company of Heroes 3 set to launch on May 30 for PS5. The Company of Heroes franchise has been no stranger to our best RTS games list over the years, so we are keen to see how this comes together. With full controller support, a custom UI, and more changes made to help make the game a better fit for console, Company of Heroes 3 should be a strategy game worth playing .

Sony is reportedly working on a handheld game console that will let you play PlayStation 5 games away from your TV.

This is according to information published by Insider Gaming. It says the handheld, codenamed Q Lite, is currently in testing and will be released before the rumoured PlayStation 5 Pro, due towards the end of 2024, according to this leaker.

This Is A Total Game-changer, don’t expect a straight Sony equivalent to a Nintendo Switch, though. These early reports say it will rely on Remote Play, meaning a PS5 will run the game, and send the video feed to the handheld over a wireless connection.

Remote Play is already available for phones, tablets, laptops, and some TVs.

The Sony Q Lite is expected to have Adaptive Triggers just like the PS5’s DualSense controller, to recreate the experience you’d have playing games on your TV. It is also expected to have an eight-inch screen.

It sounds like The Witcher's Sirius project has been rebooted.

Yesterday on March 20, CD Projekt made a new regulatory announcement(opens in new tab) regarding expenses incurred thanks to development of Sirius. In short, the expenses from developing the project have increased, with CD Projekt noting that it will "accordingly burden" the company's next financial results.

"The aforementioned decision is based on results of evaluation of the scope and commercial potential of the original concept of Project Sirius, and ongoing work on formulating a new framework for this project," the announcement ends, making clear which project exactly is responsible for the increased financial burden.
