Dear all,
It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we regret to officially announce the passing of our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) chief / Mr. W***y I. Akpa of Chuby Williams International Services (CWIS), whose demise occurred on Friday 25th July, 2025 at the age of 89 years after a brief illness.
He was a great man and an exceptional human being, a wonderful father to his family and a true professional with vast knowledge and experience in the marine industry. His career in the marine cargo inspections industry spanned over 50 years and he has diligently trained and passed so much knowledge in this field to so many people, especially to his sons who have been managing the company over the years.
We pray that the Lord will accept his gentle soul and grant him eternal rest on his bosom, and may the Lord also grant his entire family, friends, staff, colleagues and well wishers comfort and the fortitude to bear such a huge loss.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, Amen. He will be greatly missed.
