*Identify, Recruit and Train personnel for job roles as outlined by company
*Create, motivate and provide incentives for teams based on management policy
*Compute and update staff data base, travels, leave, bonuses, etc, and report to management as appropriate
*Develop workable staff incentive and recognition system and recommend to management
*Design in conjuction with management, job descriptions, bonuses, salary and incentives for different job posts.
*Carry out monthly staff performance appraisal and recommend training/incentives, promotions and other forms of changes or reinforcements as may be appropriate
*Build leverage and capacity by following management roadmap for each developmental stage.
