Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Business: Hospitality

Work set-up: Hybrid - Office and Remote
Locations: Lekki phase 1,
Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
✓ Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
✓ Manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
✓ Create and curate high-quality photo, video, and story content highlighting our properties, amenities, guest experiences, and the local Lekki lifestyle.
✓ Monitor trends and competitor activity to ensure we remains a top-of-mind brand in Lagos’ hospitality space.
✓ Engage daily with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in brand voice.
✓ Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for campaign content and UGC (user-generated content).
✓ Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
✓ Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / BSc only
✓ Minimum 2–3 years experience managing social media for a hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
