Replacing employees is expensive, regardless of the business size, they may not be a silver bullet to fight employees turnover, I can suggest a few employees retention strategies that will help you re-engage and keep your top performers.

1. CREATE A WORLD-CLASS ONBOARDING PROCESS: They should be a plan in place for new hires first 30 days, especially day one. E.g team breakfast, small gift or personal note from the company founder.

This will make a new employee feel welcomed, considering the tie between employees loneliness and turnover, these small acts of kindness and inclusion will pay dividends in the long run.
