RESTAURANT AGENT – FOOD DELIVERY

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Salary: ₦80,000 Monthly

Our client, a fast-growing tech-driven food delivery company, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Agent to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Station at an assigned partner restaurant and monitor customer orders.
* Ensure orders are processed and prepared on time.
* Verify orders before handing them over to delivery riders.
* Coordinate with riders for prompt order collection.
* Maintain a good working relationship with the assigned restaurant.
* Escalate order delays, missing items, or other issues promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service and support smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

* Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps.
* Must own a smartphone.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Reliable, punctual, and attentive to details.
* Previous experience in customer service, restaurant operations, or food delivery is an advantage.
