JAMB Results for 2026 UTME are out - Check your scores.

To check your result using the shortcode method, create an SMS with two words together "UTMERESULT" and send it to 55019 or 66019. Please ensure you use the phone line used to register for UTME. You are required to have a least N50 airtime credit balance. This is the only method available at this time.

JAMB Shifts 2026 UTME Exam Time - First Session Now Starts at 7:00AM Arrival.
JAMB has announced a slight adjustment to the scheduled timing for the 2026 UTME, particularly affecting candidates in the first session. According to an official update shared by JAMB, candidates scheduled for the first session are now expected to arrive at their centres by 7:00AM, instead of the earlier communicated 6:30AM.

Steps To Print 2026 UTME Slip

Visit: https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/main-examination
Enter your JAMB Reg Number, the Phone Number or email address used in registration, where required
Click on "Print Examination Slip" and proceed to view and print yours.
Alternatively;

Login to your personal JAMB portal at this link; https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
Enter your email address and password to login
Click on "Print UTME main examination slip" on your dashboard and you should be good to go.

JAMB 2026 Direct Entry Registration has begun - See details.

The JAMB 2026 Direct Entry (DE) registration has begun. The ePIN vending and registration will end by Saturday, 25th April, 2026. The cost for the form is N5,700. Candidates are informed that the registration can only be done at the State and Zonal JAMB offices nationwide.

JAMB says no extension of 2026 UTME registration, about 1 million candidates registered.

JAMB has announced that so far about one million candidates have already registered for the ongoing 2026 UTME. The information was disclosed in the official Bulletin of the Board. Candidates are to note that the sales of ePIN will end February 26th while registration ends February 28th, 2026

JAMB advised all candidates who desire to sit for the examination to register immediately, as the Board will not extend the registration deadline under any circumstance. The Board stated that it has observed with concern the near absence of candidates at many accredited registration centres at this stage of the exercise. This recurring pattern where candidates deliberately delay registration until the final days and subsequently begin to agitate for an extension will not be entertained in 2026.

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced the release of the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) External results, with an overall pass rate of 71.63 per cent. The Registrar and Chief Executive of NECO, Prof. Dantani Ibrahim-Wushishi, made the announcement on Wednesday during a press briefing at the council’s headquarters in Minna.

The JAMB UTME/DE registration procedure and process flow for the 2026 exercise have been announced. The sale of e-pins for UTME registration begins on Monday, 19th January, 2026, and ends on Thursday, 26th February, 2026, while the registration begins Monday, 26th January, 2026 and ends Saturday, 28th February. 2026. Direct Entry e-PIN vending and registration will begin on Monday, 2nd March, 2026 and end by Saturday, 25th April, 2026.
