A peaceful Sunday, a refreshing drink, and a grateful heart—sometimes that’s all you need.”

Ingredients:

* 1 cup watermelon (cubed)
* 1 orange (peeled)
* 1 small piece of ginger
* 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
* Ice cubes

Method:

1. Blend the watermelon, orange, and ginger until smooth.
2. Strain if desired.
3. Add honey and stir.
4. Serve over ice cubes.

Nissa’s Sunshine Orange Juice

Ingredients

* 6 fresh oranges (juiced)
* 1 small carrot
* ½ inch fresh ginger
* 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
* Ice cubes

Method

1. Wash and peel the oranges.
2. Juice the oranges, carrot, and ginger together.
3. Stir in honey if desired.
4. Pour over ice cubes and serve chilled.

Nissa’s Soursop Cane Bliss

Ingredients

* Fresh Soursop pulp
* 1 cup fresh sugarcane juice extract
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1 teaspoon honey
* Fresh mint leaves
* Ice cubes

Method

1. Remove seed and add the soursop pulp, sugarcane juice extract, coconut milk, and honey into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes and blend lightly again.
4. Pour into a chilled glass.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.

3 Green apples
1 cups of green grapes
1 inch piece of ginger
1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
1-2spoons of honey( to taste)

1. Wash and chop the apples.
2. Blend or extract apples,grapes, ginger, and water together.
3. If blended, Strain for a smoother texture.
4. Add honey and apple cider vinegar stir well.
5. Serve chilled with ice.

To make the most at of it!!

Ingredients

* 2 cups of dry tiger nuts (soaked overnight)
* 1 fresh matured coconut or 2 cups coconut milk
* 2 tablespoons condensed milk
* Small piece of fresh ginger
* 3 cups cold water
* Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

1. Wash the soaked tiger nuts very well.
2. Blend tiger nuts, coconut, ginger, and water until smooth.
3. Strain with a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
4. Add condensed milk and stir properly.
5. Chill in the fridge or serve with ice.
