The World Bank Group/Federal Ministry of Education In Conjunction With Digital Age Consultants - The Partnership of the 21st Century...

The World Bank Bank/Federal Ministry of Education In Collaboration With Digital Age Consultants Ltd have embarked on IDEAS Project which is Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS–TVET).. The Project which has formally commenced is a practical hands-on training for unemployed youths who will be equipped with 21st Century Digital Skills.

The training which started seamlessly is recording milestones already is equipping young Nigerians with market-relevant skills, enhancing employability and promoting self-reliance. The beneficiaries were selected under the IDEAS Project after a rigorous process that took place nationwide.

IDEAS Project as a life-changing platform designed not only to provide 21st century skills but also to expose participants to entrepreneurship training, mentorship, industrial attachment, and eventual job placement or self-employment opportunities.

Nigerian youths have expressed appreciation to the organisers and funders of the project, describing it as a timely intervention in the face of growing youth unemployment.

A big thank you to World Bank Group/Federal Ministry of Education for the trust and confidence reposed in our organisation, the Digital Dynamo of the 21st Century.

The Vice- President of World Bank Group , Mrs. Gallina Andronova Vincelette, ( in red shirt and black trousers) visited Lagos Nigeria on 26th of January, 2026. She was accompanied by Mrs. Blessing Ogwu, the National Project Coordinator of IDEAS TVET who also represented the Honourable Minister for Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa.

World Bank Group Country Director for Nigeria , Mr. Matthew Verghis and other World Bank top officials and IDEAS-TVET staff accompanied the Vice President

Dr. Bimbola Ekunnusi, Founder/CEO, Digital Age Consultants Ltd was given platform to address the team of World Bank Group and officials of Federal Ministry of Education on the extraordinary and exceptional milestones the programne has recorded since the beginning of this turn around programme for Nigerian youths. In his speech, the Founder/CEO of Digital Age Consultants Ltd ( The Digital Dynamo of the 21st Century), declared that the team Age Consultants is poised to work with the World Bank Group and Federal Ministry of Education to transform unemployed youths in Nigeria into CEOs of their own businesses/companies rather than seeking employment everywhere.

Trainees were given opportunity to answer questions from the Vice President of the World Bank Group. They were so elated that they were part of this transformation. The event which was held at PTDF YABATECH, Lagos was graced by several stakeholders..

As a voracious reader, who has the propensity to deconstruct in order to reconstruct, I stumbled on 'The Science of Likeability' authored by Patrick King which I digested very well. I later came to the realization that this uncommon grace always lead to the 'Algebra of Happiness ' , another book authored by Scott Galloway. In conclusion, when different corporate organizations are in the rat race to see and meet the world, the world itself is coming to see and meet Digital Age Consultants Ltd, little wonder, we are consulting for the world.

The gathering was put together by the World Bank in Collaboration with Federal Ministry of Education. The serene environment accommodated the best and brightest minds in the consulting ecosystem. The goal was very apt. To equip millions of unemployed Nigerian youths with 21st century skills that will make them competitive in this global world. The renewed hope agenda is really galvanising results..

Hosting our senior citizens in Nigeria is a big honour on our part as we kick- started 2024 Pre- retirement training programme for the retired and retiring officers of selected Federal Parasatals in Nigeria (South West Zone) at Digital Age Training Hall/Hub.

This programme, which enjoyed the warm reception and cooperation of the Management of Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre at Oshodi Lagos, has unarguably been described as the best since its inception..

The huge success that was recorded could not have been possible without the magnanimity of our fantastic and gallant senior Army officers under the phenomenal leadership of the Commandant of Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, AVN Bashiru Rimi Mamman, DSS, Psc, fdc, Bsc. (Hons.) MNIM, Msc. The Commandant and his very amiable team demonstrated the real meaning of hospitality.

Our appreciation to the Presidency, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Dr. Dasuki Arabi, DG of Bureau of Public Service Reforms and of course, our very own Alhaji Kabiru Sarki Bello . To the glory of God , we can confidently say that hosting a powerful team from Lagos State Government is always lovely, inspiring and motivating. This courtney visit has to do with the ongoing capacity building which is being powered by Lagos State Government and taking place at Digital Age Training Hall/ Hub.

As we are aware, capacity building is one the benchmarks that separates State of Excellence from other States of the Federation. Our professional engagements with Federal MDAs has established that Federal Government of Nigeria is emulating robust templates of Lagos State Government.

Demonstrating a quantum leadership within a short time of his assumption of office is the character edge our President and Commander --in- Chief of the Ahmed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR possesses.

These vibrant and enthusiastic youths can not wait to show their joy which is visibly written on their faces. The attendant goodwill messages, prayers and attitude of gratitude coming out from the mouths of these youths who are now 21st century digital skills complaint remind me of the fact that the greatest legacy on earth is to impact positively on humanity.

Honestly, it is a season of unprecedented prayers from these youths, from left and right, they are pouring out their appreciation. On my part, I promised to deliver these zettabytes of gratitude to our very faithful Mr. President. Furthermore, I assured them that this is just the beginning of dividends of democracy they are expecting as a lot of packages and surprises will start arriving at their doorsteps.

Age Consultants Ltd, our responsibilities are well-cut out for us. We are to come up with turnaround strategies, 21st century perspectives and well- thought- out plans which will constitute the photosynthesis of ideas to be made available to the Federal Government of Nigeria so that they can address unemployment holistically.

One of the books I read recently is called 'Geometry of Wealth' by Brian Portnoy. These amiable youths are poised to vacate red ocean labour market and create wealth for themselves. Good enough, the feedback from our dynamic youths as regards this empowerment by Mr. President has further demonstrated that their true happiness is the fact that they have meaning and purpose in life to achieve. This kind gesture of our own Jagaban is going a long way to multiply the algebra of happiness of these youths (apology to Scott Galloway).

I have encouraged our youths to be serious, diligent, creative, innovative and use their 21st century digital skills to explore and exploit the blue ocean digital space on this sister planet. These are the algorithms to live by so that they can reciprocate the kind gesture of Mr. President.
