1.Onboard new client
2.Perform KYC for proper identification to avoid breach
3.Onsite daily collections from client according to agreed mandate
4.Document and account for collections on a daily basis
5.Ensure daily lodgement of collections to bank
6.Collaborate with account officer to ensure accuracy in records of collections
7.Maintain good relationship with client and conduct business with best practice.
8.Prepare weekly and monthly report on new client and performance of the existing one under trail.
9.Attend to complaint from client and report same to the management
10. Drive customer retention through great customer experience.

The year has been challenging, while some were able to wade through the storm and come out strong, some were unable and it seems they are back to square zero.
For all that happened, there are lessons learnt.:
1. Prepare for the unexpected
2. Take advantage of opportunities
3. Don't be rigid in your approach to life
4.Be flexible and adapt to change quickly and
5. Build resilience.
As we rap up 2020, take cognizance of these lessons for a successful 2021 despite the challenges that will come with it.

Looking at the rate at which devaluation hit the Naira with $1 going for N465 in the parallel market, Nigeria should be concerned on what the impact would have been if Federal Government had not introduce Chinese Yuan as alternate currency for importation. Or maybe we could ask, what is the impact of the pronouncement on securing Chinese Yuan for importation.

Qrt 2 GDP of Nigeria economy dropped by 6.1%. This is based on total output of goods and services produced. Nigerian and Nigeria need to do more to cover this gap. Already the country is in recession.
Every Nigerian should start thinking outside the box. Let us move to a country where we produce majority of what we consume.
