Is your company one of the businesses getting struck off by CAC?
This is your reminder to check your status today and stop it from happening.
Once your company is registered with the corporate affairs commission, you’re expected to immediately start filing your annual returns.
And when you fail to do that for several years, CAC can strike your company off its records.
If a business is struck off, it means it is no longer on CAC’s register and it automatically ceases to be a legally recognized business.
But it can be brought back by a process called Relisting and it is not automatic.
This process will require you to file all your outstanding annual returns, prepare court documents, apply for an order directing CAC to restore the company and complete the final procedures.
However this process can be avoided if you file your annual returns as and when due and follow all other necessary compliance steps.
So whether you’re trying to avoid getting struck off by CAC or you have been struck off and you need to get back on the register, we support businesses achieve both.
Send us a DM today to confirm the status of business and how we can keep it active.
