Writing excellent HSE Reports is one of the key skills to possess as a HSE professional. When properly done, a HSE Report communicates key information in a way that non-HSE people can easily understand.
Honing this skill has been instrumental to my success wherever I work. Many HSE professionals struggle to gain the support of their top management because they have poor reporting skills.
Reporting isn’t just about displaying numbers. A good report will clearly show the contributions of the HSE unit to the business, and it can help justify your requests for more support e.g. personnel, equipment, management participation, etc.
Over the past few years, I’ve had people ask me questions like:
“How can I prepare a presentable and concise HSE report?”
“What information should be available in my report? How should it be structured?”
“What graphical elements should I use for different data types?”
“What details should be in the executive summary?”
And even:
“How can I compose an email that will motivate top management to actually open and read the HSE report attached to it?”😀
On the 25th of March, 2023 I will be talking about all these and more. This webinar is targeted at junior to mid-level HSE professionals so we have made it as affordable as possible.
After registration, you’ll receive an email with further information leading up to the webinar. To register: https://forms.gle/axnodrPsQ9kYFpyf7
