If you like to rant alot, Facebook is not the ideal place to do that. Use Twitter, you can post literally anything there and as many times as you like. The algorithm for twitter will suit this purpose and you will find a lot of like minded people to follow there. If you like to post pictures regularly, use Instagram. Instagram is like the middle ground between Facebook and Twitter. You don't want to flood the TLs too much because you will get boring but you want to keep at it regular enough too to remain relevant. However, if you like to share moments, tell stories through pictures or just occasionally post inspirational stuff, then Facebook is fine. In the end, there are no rules to this but if you understand the algorithms, you can find the best way to use these social media apps. One more thing.... You can legitimately make money for your business using them as lead generation tools through targeted digital marketing. If you've got a business and need help with this. Contact me.
