Thursday Night Post! Problem No Dey Finish!

1. If we must examine this assertion critically, indeed problem is unending, we must just learn

Tuesday Morning Post: Hotels and Bad Service!

1. Expect bad service from an hotel if;

1. You see “cars are parked at owners risk” at the car park

2. The room door uses keys and the keys are hung behind the receptionist—only legends will understand 😂😂😂

3. The bathroom has bucket and bowl

4. The restaurant menu is printed on A4 paper and laminated 😂

5. The room door is metal/iron, just hide your things while inside the room, e get why the door is iron

6. The receptionists/front desk are sitting

7. You see a big signpost outside the hotel “full Air condition”

8. The hotel does short rest (if you don’t gerit, forget about it 😂) or the bar is close to the rooms, it’s a commercial venture not hospitality 😂😂😂

9. The hotel is asking you to fill a LONG form🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃 that looks like spare part invoice 😂😂😂 remember, you will not find Radisson, Marriott, Sharaton, Nicon at all locations, PREPARE YOUR MIND!

10. Do you know there is an hotel somewhere in Nigeria that does morning devotion? wait until you have burial ceremony in some strange villages 😂😂😂😂

Wednesday Morning Post: Health is Wealth!

1. Have you ever been so ill that your financial or social status didn’t matter, all you wanted is just to be fine?

2. Thank God If Money Is Your Problem Because People Have Real Life Issues Which Money Can’t Solve – Olamide

3. 120/80 BP is such an underrated blessing!

4. Na person wey well dey get aspirations!

5. Ill health can put wealth to shame, with Steve Jobs, money was not the problem

6. My Grandma lived with diabetes for over 35 years, her menu was highly streamlined. It’s actually easier to avoid what causes it at a young age than live with it, also check your sugar level periodically!

7. If the quality/cost of bed determines the quality of sleep, rich people will have the soundest sleep!

8. I just laugh when people lament about money, material things, work, the future etc. Can you guess the only wish of a terminally ill person?

9. Our health should be our priority, go for routine check up, rest, exercise, drink loads of water and avoid negative energy!

10.As small as boil is, it is capable of incapacitating you, particularly boil in strange places 😂😂😂😂

Tuesday Morning Post: Lessons from Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram Downtime!

1. At about 5pm, Monday 4th October 2021, the trio highly used platforms went down for about 8 hours and it was like the world was on standstill! What lessons can be drawn?

2. Monopoly leads to Stampede: One man shouldn’t own everything, if something goes wrong, everything goes wrong, imagine if Mark owned Twitter too

3. Plan and nurture alternatives: Until today, I hadn’t opened the telegram app this year 😂 some of us never planned for a whatsapp alternative

4. Those that drum for war, this is a glimpse of what it looks like-no communication, no internet, confusion everywhere

5. This blackout has forced many to drop thier phones and have human interactions, WE ARE TOO INVOLVED WITH OUR GADGETS

6. Decentralization of Control: The 3 products are too huge to be centrally managed, they should be independent entities is governance and infrastructure same issue with Nigeria

7. Collaboration VS Competition: Whatsapp had to rely on Twitter to announce its challenges

8. This downtime paused businesses, lectures, live streams, romance, relationships , transactions etc

9. Dear Small businesses, it’s not enough to have IG accounts and whatsapp numbers, you might need to invest in getting a website!

10. Ironically, I had to wait for Facebook, Whatsapp and IG to post this 😂😂😂 soon APC will blame PDP for this crash 😂🏃

Thursday Night Post: Associated Selling!

1. This is the concept of selling goods or services that are related in use, demand or simply the desire to achieve a “One stop shop” for cross selling and upselling.

2. Dangote started with household (food) items, It was only a matter of time for him to sell what is used to build the household “Cement” in this life or next, Flour Mills will also have a Cement brand

3. It’s only natural for a casket sellers to have undertakers, band boys, ambulance services and other funeral needs

4. Even an open market is “sectionized”, next to a fabric line will most likely be fashion accessory line not a pepper or food line

5. Sometimes, when you are unable to achieve a one stop shop business, have contacts of associated suppliers handy because your customers will need it✌🏿

6. Associated selling ensures you don’t leave money on the table and ultimately it’s for customer retention!

7. Often times, the associated goods or services is used to market your core. Most SPA has a saloon, usually people visit the saloon first before picking interest in the SPA!

8. You are likely to lose customers to competitors that offers Associated Sales!

9. What shall it profit a CV writing company that doesn’t offer LinkedIn optimization services too.

10. Being broke comes with associated insult, If your bank doesn’t send you end of month statement of account, you probably started the month with a balance looking like Radio station and ended the month like an ATM pin 🏃

Thursday Night Post: Echo Chamber!

1. An Echo Chamber is an environment in which a person encounters only beliefs or opinions that coincide with their own, therefore existing views are reinforced and alternative ideas are not considered.

2. An Echo Chamber can lead to extremism and dangerous views

3. Sycophants create an Echo Chamber for leaders which isolates them from actual reality!

4. Some leaders (particularly politicians) deliberately create an Echo Chamber because they can’t stand what they see in the mirror

5. Echo Chamber is typical of a one man business!

6. Systems, processes and right corporate governance checkmates Echo Chamber tendencies in an organization or institution!

7. A*o Rock (Nigerian Seat of Power) is currently an Echo Chamber!

8. Living in an Echo Chamber eliminates the originality of people around us!

9. We must create the consciousness of ensuring we are not living in an Echo Chamber by listening to others, accommodating diverse opinions and ensuring inclusion in our thought processes

Tuesday Evening Post: Tackling Insecurity from Source!

1. No doubt, insecurity has ravaged Nigeria and the leadership of our dear Nation is treating the situation like mere crime & with utmost insincerity!

3. Every security challenge has a peculiar root cause, hence approach should be different, the cause of the situation in the north is not same as the east!

4. In 2016 when “Baddo” took over Ikorodu, the source of the security crisis was uprooted in Ijebu Ode and it all ended.

5. We have been fighting the consequences of insecurity not the actual insecurity!

6. Who funds the various insurgent groups in Nigeria?

7. When do we plan to unequivocally fight “Yahoo” in Nigeria which is an underrated source of insecurity in our nation?

8. Our military is overly stretched because they are fighting a Guerrilla warfare in an orthodox manner- we need to rethink our strategy, our security architecture is reactive not proactive!

9. What happened in Afghanistan might not happen in Nigeria, however do not forget that Boko Haram once won their way into Yobe State Government house in 2014

10. Forget Relationship Insecurity, forget Emotional Insecurity, amidst national insecurity even your boo will Zoooom 😂 I mean Japaring 🏃🏃
