Senior Production Chef
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years and above as a line cook, station chef, CDP, or similar.
Cuisine: Strong cooking skills with an understanding of African and continental cuisines.
Environment: Ability to work fast in a structured, high-pressure kitchen.
Safety: Good understanding of food hygiene and safety (HAACP/NAFDAC compliance is a plus).
Inventory: Basic inventory skills and ability to maintain accurate food documentation.
Training: Ability to train and support junior team members.
