We often confuse "Knowledge" (I know how) with "Ability" (I can actually do it).

It’s Day 2 of the Afrissance ADKAR Challenge: DESIRE.

On Friday, we built Awareness (the "Why"). But here is the trap: 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 "𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞" 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 "𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞" 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭.

Think about it: Your team doesn't care about "increasing Q3 efficiency." They care about:
✅ "Will I get home on time?"
✅ "Will this new software stop crashing?"
✅ "Is my job safe?"

If you only sell the Company Goal, you get compliance. If you sell the Personal Benefit, you get commitment.

🚀 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲'𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: Look at your current project. Take one "Company Objective" and translate it into a "Personal Benefit" for your team.

Instead of: "We need better data entry for reporting."

Try: "This tool means you won't have to manually update spreadsheets every Friday."
