ArkBridge Integrated Limited was an idea we had first conceived in 2007, developed and built in 2010 and eventually launched out to commence full operation in 2011. We acquire large portions of undeveloped tracts of land in emerging and suburban areas or virgin lands from the traditional land owners, agents and vendors in Nigeria which we then convert to excellently crafted gated communities and townships. In turn we resell this lands from half to full plot and above to small and large scale investors, both at outright payment and unimaginable installment payment plan (for small scale investors/Landlords) which is payable on a Daily, weekly or Monthly bases through our Micro Housing Initiative Arm, "Add More Homes" (AM Homes).
