In the month of March, we truly marched forward with impact. My first outing was serving as a guest on Metro 97.7 FM where I spoke about 'Dealing with Grief in Old Age'. I enlightened the audience on the physical, social, emotional, spiritual and psychological dimension to grief, the danger of suppressing the emotions when grieving, its effects and the possible ways to handle challenges that can promote grief.
Our training moved to Osun State, then, Ondo State on the Train The Trainer Summit Tour, where I spoke about Confronting and Stopping the Cycle of Abuse and Trauma.
Kudos to The Duke's Infant & Child Foundation, for putting this together (18 states covered within the space of 3 months), and championing a nationwide project, aimed at raising the next generation for a better future. Educators, parents, policy makers, government officials, law enforcement agents and stakeholders in the education sector were taught on how to raise and inspire the younger generation. I really appreciate Teammasters Limited for connecting me to this laudable program. We enjoyed pounded yam Funke Felix-Adejumo (FFA) Resort , while in Akure 😂😄
Our impact train landed in Lagos and moved straight to the STANDOUT program, (where I was the keynote speaker), organized by the Young Professionals Forum Mushin Chapter. It was time to encourage to be exceptionally unique in their career and life.
The next point of call was at DLCF Olabisi Onabanjo University chapter, Ago-Iwoye. It was a night of 'Deep Calleth unto Deep'. It was a great time with saintly scholars, waiting upon the Lord, singing and praying fervently. Quite nostalgic!
We wrapped up our journey for March at GOFAMINT, Bariga District. Where we had a program for single ladies, talking about purpose, relationship and marriage.
What a busy and fulfilling first quarter!
Welcome to April, as we progress on the impact journey.
Thank you
