'shege'. They had to learn EVERYTHING; from learning how to drive, to meeting up client appointments, to writing marketing copy, to promote their business. Closing business deals came with its peculiar challenges. They would encounter problems like bashing someone's car when going for a sales call, or VIO wahala all in one day. It was tough!!! After a tough day, they narrated their ordeal to their ever-supportive mother. Their mother sympathetically called them ''LEARNERMEJI" which was just a subtle way to tell them "una never ready"!!! The name LEARERMEJI which was a subtle insult to their budding entrepreneurial journey. We have embraced the name as a company. As a brand, this has given us a clear path, direction, and a vision. All our experiences have now become the core of our business execution. Our clients get real-time solutions that can be implemented quickly because the problem would have probably happened to us through our journey.

Sometimes, the smartest thing a CEO can do is ask for help.

We recently entered a business that was completely new terrain for us.

We researched, asked questions, and prepared as much as we could.

But once we started operating, the realities were different:
Unexpected expenses
Problems we didn’t anticipate
Pressure we didn’t fully understand

And eventually, we made a difficult decision:
👉 Bring in experts.

That decision changed everything.
The moment we stopped struggling alone and allowed people with experience to step in, things began to stabilize.

And it reminded us of something important:
This is exactly what we do for businesses too.

Sometimes, businesses don’t fail because the owner is lazy.
