There is something unique about you. As a woman, there is so much inside of you, always remember this.

Whatever you dream, can become your reality like you are an amazing lady and we love you 😍

So, anytime you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or tired, remember to ask God for strength.

This is one secret that has kept me going.

Isaiah 40:31 ~ But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Today, I pray for a new kind of strength for every woman; especially those feeling down right now. May you receive strength, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Is this conversation going on in your mind?

Do you have a compensation package that your employees value apart from their salaries?

A lot of CEOs overlook these things and even those who try to reward, give their employees award plaque or trips abroad; this is not bad, but we must understand that our employees have other pressing needs in their lives, of which, meeting those needs or giving a cash reward might go a long way than just an award.

When you spend millions to organize an award night for your staff, what is the motive behind it, is it just to show off online? And your employees still go home hungry and frustrated.

I saw an employee reward scheme recently, which I really love, the organization gave the best staff of the year a million naira, that’s awesome.

You might not be able to afford this in your own business right now, but have it in mind and do what is in your capacity.

Someone who has not paid their house rent, even if you spend a million naira to give him a trip to Dubai, by the time he/she comes back, they will go back to face their house rent challenge.

It’s like a woman who needs her husband’s attention but he is buying her a car, she will say thank you but at the end of the day her need is still not met in the relationship.

Hope you are not like this husband to your employees oh?

I am not saying it is your duty to meet your employees personal needs, but if you can afford to reward them, it is better to reward them with something that will truly meet their need and they will appreciate it.

This is just my thought; and I have the right to my opinion.

What has gender bias got to do with Salaries?

Why would employers pay some employees with a certain level of education, skills and experience more than other employees with similar education, skills and experience?

Is this also the case in Nigeria?

Seriously, I need to know. Where are my doctors, teachers, etc?

As we continue to celebrate women this month, and continue to hope for positive changes in the future, we need to help more women MAKE MORE MONEY, because we need MONEY to truly break the bias.

So whether you're a career or business woman, it's not enough to love what you do. The truth is if your love for what you do can't pay the bills, help you take care of your children, give you the financial guarantee that you need, to live now and when you're old, etc. then you may soon find yourself questioning the things you claim to love.

Let's break the bias that we can't make more "MONEY" as women!

To break the bias, we need to build wealth so that we can support each other.

So, my focus is to teach women in existing business, HOW TO MAKE MORE MONEY IN BUSINESS.

I'm thinking of how to include career women in this? Your Ideas are welcome, though I have been discussing this idea with some powerful women.

Finding your first clients/customer.
Saving ₦100 Naira (I started by saving ₦500 and ₦3000)
Investing ₦10000
And so on.
