From International Women's Day to Mothers' Day, the month of March had us talking about women.

So, we brought in wellness experts, who are also beautiful and intelligent women - Sherese Ijewere & Patrenia Werts Onuoha - to discuss women's health.

In part 1 of this session...

We looked at ways in which women could wind down, listen to, and trust their inner voice.

You know what they say about a woman's gut feeling and how strong it is. So our discussion was centered on encouraging women to listen that inner voice.
