Business Development Manager : Facility Management.
Location: Lagos | Full-time.
Role:
Lead business growth for the company by securing new contracts, managing key accounts and expanding service lines in cleaning, maintenance, security and MEP.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
2. Identify, pitch and close deals with corporate clients, property developers and estate managers.
3. Oversee tender processes, proposals and contract negotiations.
4. Manage relationships with key clients to drive retention and upsell.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
6. Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure profitable service delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. 4+ years in B2B sales/business development, with 2+ years in facility management, real estate, or related services.
3. Proven track record of closing contracts and managing key accounts.
4. Strong negotiation, leadership and client relationship skills.
5. Based in Lagos with an existing network in corporate and real estate sectors.
KPI: Revenue growth, win rate, client retention and pipeline value.
