Demographic profiling, Geographic variables, Behavioral variables, Phychographic profiling... Do you know your Customer? How do you get to know your Customer? By not make assumptions, Leverage Social media, Create a Customer profile, Have an interaction and conversation with your Customers, Get Customer reviews and feedback, Identify and act on Customer triggers, Look pass the purchase and understand the end Customer, Investigate and study competitors... Benchmark, Use all available data. The service provider can only serve better with the aim of satisfying when you know your Customer!
